Famh published press releases, that were outright lies, confirmed by later 10Q's. Both companies management Are cocky, and at times arrogant... You would seriously describe this behavior as "cocky" and "arrogant" rather than "criminal"? If they clarify, the people who want this company to fail...Will sabatoge the deals AZNT supposedly has... You overestimate our influence by a very great deal. magine (Be open minded for a second) mikey announces a pending deal with Nestles (Arguement EXAMPLE only)....How many phone calls do you think nestles will get from those who want this company to fail? From us, maybe two, for confirmation that the deal was for real. Given AZNT's track record, it seems to me that shareholders and non-shareholders would consider making such a call a prudent and entirely reasonable action. You don't seriously BELIEVE that Monsanto got 320 calls about ToN, do you?
