According to coversation with Don last week, company has no debt. To take out a loan to establish credit would not seem to be a priority - for what purpose. They have no debt, have some cash on hand - so why should they incur debt while their focus should be on growing the company.
I understand that you think they should have credit history - but I personally don't think it is a priority nor do I believe they should go into debt for that purpose. Just my opinion.
