ThermaCell Internet Paint Store Goes Online, On Schedule SARASOTA, Fla., Jan. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- ThermaCell Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: VCLL - news, VCLLW - news) announced that its Internet paint store will go online, on schedule, mid next week at thermacell.com. Opening of the ''store'' would make ThermaCell one of the first companies to enter the paint e- tailing business. The store will initially feature more than 100 specialty interior and exterior paints and coatings and waterborne and solvent-based ready-made color paints, manufactured in Miami under the Company's Atlas and Scientific Coatings brands. Eventually, ThermaCell plans to offer more than 200 SKUs. Products will be offered in one and five-gallon units and will sell at substantial discounts for selected items. The site will also sell brushes, scrapers, tape, buckets, faux finishing materials, and other sundries. More products will be added throughout 1999. A key feature will be free one-day delivery, initially along Florida's ''Treasure Coast'' from Miami north to Stewart, FL. Customers will also have the option to pay for delivery via standard shipping companies to any location not served by ThermaCell's existing delivery services.
