1989 when I was a sr vp of investments at Merrill -Mgr came down the hall and chewed. me out for buying a non-ML-list stock-I kept buying it and they fired me six months laterBegan reading everything that came out and was in and out for about five years.Got my rollover lump-530,000 on 01/23/96 Bought Dell on margin with ALL of it.Buying on margin and telling others to do the same for past 2.5 yr.(remember ML bit--CPQ was and still is their -so buying Dell was just NOT kosher!
