OK, so let me get this straight ...

This company's claim to fame is a TV interface to the 'net. It has its own proprietary browser. And, it's the least expensive way to access the 'net.

So, this is good because ... ???

Do they have a patent, or anything that will keep their (potential) market share assured? Or, will some foreign entity come in and sell a duplicate thingy for half price?

Bert, Rereading the press. Do you know what fab processes their
designs? Surely not in house. Takes a big company to support the
cost of leading edge processing equipment. A small .25u fab runs
about 1 billion. Sounds like a mixed signal product, so I would
expect TXN, ADI, or SGS-Thompson; forget their new name and ticker.
TXN is best in mixed signal, then probably ADI.
