Rock_nj,

I figured the company's phone would be busier than all get out today so I tried to piece together the info on the warrants.

The warrants I believe are exerciseable at $1.5. I quickly read in an SEC registration filing that they were previously lowered from $6.00 to $1.50. I hope these are the suckers I bought on a whim. Also the original expiration date was extended from December 31, 98. Pulling up IMONW on Yahoo shows that the Company extended them around the end of December when they were originally set to expire. The Yahoo news story on the warrants is no longer archived... but the Yahoo headline with that extension info still appears. My next step was to SI and their quote system. Entering IMONW reveals an expiration of these warrants on June 30, 1999.

The SEC filing shows about 39MM warrants outstanding according to my take. The warrant price is obviously linked to the share price and that is currently the way I am participating. I bought in a little high but if the shareprice moves next week ... or on the Jan. 29th news... the warrants should follow. Also the company will benefit if the warrants are exercised so who knows what will happen. Anyone having bought the warrants cheaply are in the money when the common share price is above the $1.5 mark... (plus the price they paid for the warrants added to that).

Since I did a quick perusal of this info...using an SEC search of the word warrants... I can't say for sure if I my numbers are correct. Judging by all the posters looking for info on the warrants... I can't believe none have called the company before hand trying to obtain this info. When you get through to IMON.... please leave us know if my figures are in the ballpark. Until then my info is all I have to go on. I wouldn't take anything I have stated as being entirely accurate until the company verifies it.
