jdcpa. Sooner than we think? Sounds good to me. This month is what I would like to consider soon. Any idea which way they are going to use to get listed. 1. Meet the requirements themselves. Since you were looking for minimum requirements, maybe this is the method they will use? 2. Acquire a company that already meets these requirements. 3. Merge/acquire a company that is already listed. This is the one I keep hearing from people in the company as the way they were leaning. Appreciate your thoughts. Bob
