David, it's the beginning of the end, but you are right. This ought wreak havoc on Brazil debt? Weekend press will probably be all over the place. I do think this will start to allow some focus on fundamentals as the dust settles. Hope they follow through with a special session of Congress in February. All indications to me suggest the maybe they are finally ready to burn through these votes. Anxious to hear Fernando's take. Don't know if you saw my previous post, but sure seems like someone in the US knew what was going on near the end of the day yesterday. sf
