Paul, is there a specific time that it needs to trade above the $5 level?

And also isn't there something about minimum total assets of 4 million or something? Thanks.

I still have to go through a broker to trade this, So I'm just holding on to my original purchase.

You know Paul that worried me...10MM shares $5 ...50 Million Market Cap. But you know what...if their idea works to contract with CheckFree and Transpoint and then outsource the bundled services to smaller billers works...then it's worth all of that over time. Not this morning...but over time. I guess I'm buying in at a premium.

Heck the market had CYCH up into the $60 on it's IPO hopes, traded in the $20 on less then a Million of Revenue, and it didn't have any meaningful revenues until lately...so I'm not the one to say where this shakes out at in price. I just know a couple things here..one there aren't many of these companies which are public, and there aren't many shares floating on this.

If the market puts this at what I think to be a insane level...so be it, that's why I'm in this High Risk Play.
