No idea on the GM contract details.

On Friday afternoon I had spoken to some of my contacts in the brokerage industry, and a number of unsolicited bids have been made that are quite big (around the .40 range, and not on the bid screen). I would expect that something is going to happen relatively soon.
Perhaps also an OTC listing?
