dear we been through this many times but i will tell you again. do you use notepad in your professional research dear? as you remember attorney alders & andy mann conspired to get legends lifted off of the restricted stock when sylver was in manaus by writing bogus opinion letter. when these extras shares were discovered in the float fidelity was forced to resign . the second transfer agent recieved numerous calls everyday from greg tifer, the attorney for charlie krisfulesi. he threatened ta with legal action if the legends were not lifted from charlies stock. since they could not do that because it would violate the restriction on the stock & the threatening calls did not cease pacific resigned. transsecurities resigned as attorney tifer began threatening them as they did pacific. sylver informed transsecurities if the legends were lifted aznt would proceed legally against transsecurities. they resigned. most interesting dear is this fact, since aznt has become self transfer aznt has not recieved one phone call about lifting the legend from this stock from tifer. why do you think that is so dear? i suggest you ask tonto friend the broker who visited aznt today. he wanted a tour of the facilities . he informed jeanie he was a "shareholder" ! lololol ! well, dear, when it was brought to his attention he was not a shareholder he changed story to he was a "friend" of a shareholder who wished a tour of the facilities. since there was no one available to give him this tour he went off to "play golf". so i hope you will instruct this guy to try again. many wish to speak to him! i suppose like ulrich who is your "technical guy" & mitchell who "makes the phone call" , i suppose he is your "broker guy". i guess there is no conspiracy to hurt this investment. it must be our imaginations dear! spider
