WallStArb> Now assume DBCC is worth $10 (use whatever # you feel appropriate) take the current price ($45 premarket) subtract what DBCC worth without MKTW and divide that number by .0768 <WallStArb> ($45 - $10)/.0768 = $455 3/4 is what MKTW IPO is being priced in....now what does this mean...will MKTW trade to $450....prbrably not.....it essentially means that if you think MKTW will be $50 DBCC should be closer to $13
