Pete, I remember very well what the cash costs were stated to be. I also know that accounts can allocate costs in various ways within limits. I submit to you that if all costs associated with operating that mill would be $150.00 it would be running today and that the fact that MAc was behind would be immaterial because the operating profit would make up the difference.

For example, if i must make a capital investment to keep something running - the capital investment is not part of the operating costs - but the cost of amortizing that investment is part of the total cost of the operation.

There is far more here IMHO that meats the eye!
