How about telling everyone that Novell is going to sell music CD's over the internet?

>>My new mission --- how do we make NOVL into a AMZN for a week

Look I'll settle for a run like EGRP on the day it went from 76 to 104 in an hour.

There must be some way that we can convince all of these online investors that the momentum is shifting toward investing in NOVL --- now today, this minute!!!>>

Paul:

Let's not get too excited. EGRP and Amazon are all fluff. We have a bunch of Wizards of Oz's competing behind curtains.

The world thinks they are the "next world brands".

In a world where the individual - NOT EGRP - is in total control, the power behind traditional branding gets arbitraged lower.

Jeff Bezos at Amazon is trying to build the "next brand" on the trust of individuals who go to his site. Face to face trust will beat out Amazon any day of the week.

NDS's architecture can locate, mine, channel, secure and lock in the who/what/when/where/how/why of the individual in a server-centric environment better than anything else in the world today.

NDS developers. Take ownership and take charge!!!!

You have an unbelievable opportunity to "go high" on Gates and NT. Suck all the individual cross platform data about individuals right into these directories that will be the drivers of everything going forward.

Automation will take over this server-centric computing model.

The PC model still requires individual user hunting, pecking, playing around, searching, getting frustrated, etc.

NDS technology combined with these SmartBots can free individuals to do more with less.

Lucent, Nortell and others know that NDS CAN become the new switchboard for an e-commerce world.

Go high everyone!!!

How'd I do Paul??

Remember this?

"To think that I recommended to him those JAN 20 calls when they were between 1/8 and 1/4 and his response was to insult me!!!"

The Jan 20 Calls are about to close today at 1/16th --- worthless.

Get the picture.

<<Maybe we should write a few PR's about rumored major Novell ecommerce initiatives. New NDS mass market products. The Novell home office. Novell bundles with 3Com remote access hubs. I could go on but at 4.93% on the upside....>>

''The momentum around NDS is evident by the opportunities industry leaders are pursuing with Novell in providing directory-enabled solutions in an e-commerce world,'' said Christopher Stone, senior vice president of strategy and corporate development for Novell. ''More and more companies recognize the vital role the directory plays in managing information resources, relationships, security and identity in the Internet-enterprise environment. This is reflected in the increased customer demand we are seeing for NDS. We currently have more than 40 million NDS users and this number will continue to rise as partners develop more NDS solutions.''
