Does anyone know the float on the preferred stock (INTXP)?

The warrants (INTXL) look like a screaming bargain at 2.50, or am I missing something. The preferred stock today closed at 8.25 and the warrants are "in the money" at 5.50. It looks like the warrants should be worth around 3.75, or higher, right now when you add in the time factor. Warrants are good until 9/2000, so these suckers still have plenty of climbing room.
