Jay,

Something was wrong and that's what prompted Playstar's reorganization in Antigua. As you are aware the uncertain regulatory climate in the United States continues to present legal challenges for companies chartered here that do business with US citizens. The reorg in Antigua was a very sensible move for many reasons and definitely not a sign of weakness. I don't know the site stats, however, PSCKF is worldwide and growing.

Jay,

If they are going through a reorganizing and the stock doubles and sustains I would interpret this as a good thing. Reorganizing could also mean expansion/aquisition. Anybody know when we might see a news release?
