Hi gang.

<<I hate to break it to the writter of the article, but it is not uncommon for warrants to be issued on COVERTIBLE BOND OFFERINGS!!
Hence the name CONVERTIBLE!!! >>

The person who wrote this either has a problem with understanding English or with understanding convertible bond offerings. I object to the 'hence'. Such offerings are not called 'convertible' because of additional warrants (often called "sweeteners" to make an offer more appealing), but because of the fact that they can be exchanged for a different kind of security, usually the common.
