And Bear, agreeing with your being discomfited by any OTC Company's disclosure of incomplete pertinent information, and look forward as you do to April when all OTC stocks must disclose much more than they do now, or face delisting and accompanying problems of liquidity for the shareholders. It's good news & bad news, and The Glass Is Half Full - (bad news first;o<) unpleasant surprises for some OTC shareholders could crop up at that time, but with proper DD and portfolio balance a hardworking individual investor should have no problem. To keep anything but a minimal controlled sector of one's portfolio in OTC high risk spec internet stocks is a gamble I personally wouldn't enjoy, especially as this NAS/SEC ruling about reporting looms.
(now the good news, betcha can't wait huh BearDown :o>) MLRE will hopefully either be listed on Nasdaq by then; in process of being listed on Nasdaq (gee, wish I'd asked S. Samblis about a possibility of MLRE applying for NYSE listing!)(to see a copy of my question regarding Nasdaq listing to a public relations man for Millionaire.com, go to S. Samblis Profile here on Silicon Investor and scroll down to read all answers to questions including this), or, if still on OTC, MLRE should by then be reporting all disclosures necessary or requested by shareowners like a Champ as they come to light from this present audit and go forward!
Bear, couldn't it be that this question wasn't answered because MLRE is doing several acquisitions at once and the present audit in process is necessary to get these facts together also? I certainly hope so, and it's my opinion that all is fine with this Company right now and in the future. Look at what's happening, the website millionaire.com or millionairemagazine.com makes big leaps toward the goal every day, and today's Acquisition News And The New Links Associated With Millionaire Posted Today On This Thread, Well It Made My Day!
That's just my opinion, and if I didn't think MLRE's a great speculative investment then I wouldn't hold it's shares.
Of course, the same facts lead different folks like you and me, Bear Down, to different opinions and varying acceptance of unknowns. I would say, for a BB stock, MLRE has disclosed more than usual by
news releases, info given to some standard stock research sites,
and especially S. Samblis coming on this thread just a week ago
to answer most of the many questions asked of him. Maybe some of those statements were rassled from him by a certain person here with a stronger style of demanding answers than most would perhaps use!
Have a great day,
Joana
