drakes353, I have advocated a discount but for today, the market is not factoring in one. I do think, however, that the discount will show up next week. There're two reasons for the absence of the discount today: (1) a huge short interest was built up and short covering for profits is keeping DBCC at a level higher than it should be, (2) Some people are mistaken that since DBCC owns 38% of MKWT, therefore DBCC = 0.38* MKTW + x, of course they forgot that DBCC's outstanding shares are 3 times higher than MKTW. The long weekend will give people time to reflect, and I bet DBCC will be in the teens early next week. Regards, Tom
