What is with the ads on the trading and RTQ screens? Why put an option on the screen that says "graphics off" when you are still going to show me commercials for Etrade. By the time all the BS graphics load my RTQ isn't even accurate anymore. After 4 years its time to move on to something better. Anyone have some suggestions?

Actually, I haven't found any better online brokers. It seems all online brokerage systems are maxed out during peak periods including Schwab & Datek. Overall, I've been pleased with E-Trade although I do most often receive those useless canned responses that seem to have no relevance to the question asked.

don't put all the blame on e-trade or whatever on-line broker you use. I have also experienced busy signals for hours, problems with the quote system, etc... Part or most of the blame should be put on those greedy sacks of crud out there who are day-trading their inheritances, and in the process congesting the system with their garbage--especially during big market swings. If certain people would quit engorging themselves in the stock market, things would run more efficiently.... Just my opinion....
