I think the storm may be overhead. We've witnessed time and time again that there is plenty of interest...money that seems to be willing to give the benefit of the doubt as it's convinced that Brazil will recover from this mess. Seems a lot of folks feel todays move, though dangerous was the only move to make. Much depends on news over the next week, but at the moment I'd say much of it will be positive. Sounds like we'll wake up Monday to the IMF's position...this will certainly be big. If they blow another congressional vote it could be back to 50. They seem to catch us off guard on these things. Another big remaining concern is the states debt payment problems. I saw Itmar Franco offered his 2 cents last night with this devaluation not good. He's been surprisingly quiet the last few days.
