It should be obvious to all of us that the street sees the deal with LU as neutral to slightly accretive. With LU trading at around $110 and ASND at around $85 3/4, we are trading at a 5.5% discount to LU. Since the deal is expected to close in May it appears as if the street believes there is very little chance that the deal will fall apart. Look for the discount to narrow as time goes by.
