TED, I know squat about the software, a little about the hardware
and more about chip processing/testing and mostly about design architecture of the chip. The double double post was luck, but is there a double double in this stock, the 2 13/16 question at hand.
If no answer about the fab soon, I'll contact IR, assuming they
have one. hmmmmm, forgot about a web page. Think I'll go look.

All, I looked over their web site. A U.K. based company that seems
vertically integrated in their business. Under 'partners' they mention
of their alliance with MiTAC, a Taiwan based company skilled in
computers and peripherals. No mention of the wafer fabs processing
their chips, but since it's U.K. based probably SGS, the top European
analog fab. Maybe out of Taiwan. I e-mailed their general manager
asking who supported their chip processing.
I suggest it's not a company as a takeover target as they would
appeal a variety of sectors. Design house, software, peripherals, and
chips. Only a back end supplier may be interested. Suggesting a
TCOMA, GIC, or other mergers in that field. They appear to be a
strong Design house with their act together, in my estimation. They
look a lot like the GIC/ATHM of Europe to me, with better flexibility.
