Non-Tech : A.B. WATLEY - THE ULTIMATE TRADER! -- Ignore unavailable to you. Want to Upgrade?

Hello all,
This thread looks good--I want to change brokers and Watley looks good so far. This may sound like a cliche, but the main thing I'm looking for is to have my orders placed quickly and reliably. Seriously, my current broker has a web page that does not support me in my attempts to catch a momentum ride. A 40-second delay can seem like an hour at those times, you know what I mean?

One Watley question: Level 1 service (Watley UltimateTrader) will cost me $16.95 for a trade and from what I'm reading the trade will be executed in two-seconds. What would be my motive for Levels 2, 3 or 4, where the commission is a few bucks higher and an ECN does the trade? Maybe the problem is that I don't know what an "Electronic Communication Network" is, but it seems to me that you can't beat a two-second execution and, again, my main goal is to not have to wait so long when I want my order submitted "Now".

Any help on this?

Thank you,
Chris
