janice dear the letter sylver signed was for 40 day restriction & $1 million for this private placement. this is not what alders & mann presented to the ta. sylver never recieved the $1 million as you suggest , or was an exchange for neck & back stock as you also promoted nor was it in exchange for time on home shopping network as andy mann claimed after the other 2 attempts you promoted failed. lastly dear there was no "horror" as you suggest to tifers threats. his threats were to the ta. since aznt has been self transfer there have been no such threats or ccalls anymore from tifer regarding this issue. as for court which you say sylver is horrified of, the matter of charlie is in court dear. "There's a conspiracy to discover the truth about this company and its dealings. Should you be worried? I think so." dear i have nothing what so ever to worry about since i am only concerned with the truth. you on the other hand are very unaware of what the situation is & promote fabrications for those who stold stock & shorted against it. each of your lies is documented. i can only hope that by picking on a company that had the resources to defend itself in court of law that all will see you unmasked & your penny stock basher group for what all of you really are. spider
