the property payment has been made and arrangements with the landowner for the balance of payments for the year. So the property is secure, just waiting for the prospective JV partners to arrive this weekend and poke around the property. Hopefully they will be able to settle down quickly after this and make the deal happen. Stock is saggin on lack of news on the JV to date.
