have covered this before, but wcti is in the process of filing it's form 10 and will be fully reporting at end of 1Q. At this time I believe they will attract much more attention from the "major" institutional players. At this point there is no question that there is institutional buying (unless individuals are buying 20,000 shares at a time), but I would tend to think that these are small time institutional players. Many analysts and "big boys" will not touch a stock until they are fully operational, which is a couple of weeks away. Looking forward to a nice run in anticipation of this. Keep up the good work.
