Yes, I do believe personal contact by Starr with Lewinsky makes a difference - a huge difference - particularly in this very important and unique process to the Nation, where Lewinsky is so pivotal to the allegations in the Starr report. In Starr's testimony before the HJC, in questioning, this point was raised for which Starr did not have an explanation and he was definitely uneasy..he certainly didn't say "so what"! Incidentally, aren't you being somewhat presumptuous by putting forth you and your practice as some sort of benchmark by which you trivialize this key point pertaining to a legal forum/process which is unprecedented?
