I am a Club Monaco shareholder. I can't believe how undervalued it seems to be. Chains such as The Gap in the U.S. are trading with P/Es of 40. The one caveat seemed to be their exposure to Asia, but I figured that since it hadn't affected them so far (e.g. last quarter's overall results were great), then their U.S. and Canadian operations must be more than making up for everything else.

Given that they haven't even begun to tap the U.S. market, CMI should be double it's current price. Perhaps there isn't enough shareholders and liquidity yet, so whenever some idiot decides to sell a few thousand shares, it pushes the price down too much.

I still like them as a growth business, and am interested to see how they grow the business in the U.S. There would seem some need for future equity financing, but that's OK.

Perhaps they should focus on being listed in the States, it ususally takes the Americans to discover something before it reaches its true value. Look at ATI Technology, once it hit the Nasdaq, it took off.
