Check out SDMT. Big internet news coming soon.

SDMT (Sedmet) is a shell company right now. A company called International Net Broadcasting is merging into SDMT, with the new entity being called EntertainmentBlvd.com, which happens to be the name of their flagship site: entertainmentblvd.com.

EntertainmentBlvd.com hosts several sites providing music videos, movie trailers, live comedy, and a new sports site with video and audio.

Links to sites currently being offered:
vidnetusa.com
screenclips.com
prosportsnet.com
comedynet.com

Vidnet is currently receiving up to 1 million hits per day. Over a 6-month period, the site has moved from a Top 100,000 site to Top 5,000 and is now approaching top 1,000 ranking.
They are negotiating licensing agreements with the top 5 music distributors. They currently have well over 1,000 full length videos for viewing.

Screenclips provides full-length movie previews from all of the major motion picture studios. They are currently in negotiations with one of the largest movive theater companies in North America. I don't have the details yet of exactly what is being negotiated.

ProSportsNet is fairly new and still under development. Currently, Tim McCarver hosts "McCarver One on One", a weekly interview show with sports celebs. Currently audio only, but by 1st qtr '99 should include video also.

Comedynet broadcasts continuous stand-up comedy shows. It has been in existence for four months and already receives 15 million hits per month.

Lots more under development, including,

- A deal with MCI/Worldcom and Cable&Wireless whereby Entertainment Blvd will host its own Internet Service Provider (ISP), $19.95 for unlimited access, launch date around March 1, 1999.

- Storefront, a shopping site for sale of CDs, videos, DVDs and other merchandise.

- Netformercial, an on-line shopping network based on TV infomercials (mid-March, 1999).

- Negotiating with Hard Rock Cafe to host live footage of concerts provided by HRC.

- Stargram, which will be a celebrity based chat room.

- Recently hired a renowned publicity firm to increase awareness of EntertainmentBlvd.com

- Currently in negotiations to acquire a top 100 site (which I believe will be a multimedia search engine).
