To "Philip Bosco". my friend. i TOTALLY agree with what you said about the present management of this company. the "word" here is "CREDIBILITY" and the present management of this company has ABSOLUTELY NONE WHATSOEVER!! the stock price of this company will NOT start to really rise until the present management of this company is TOTALLY GONE - GONE - GONE!! you know what "they" say about credibility don't you - "CREDIBILITY IS LIKE VIRGINITY - YOU CAN ONLY LOOSE IT ONCE"!! take care, my friend. God bless.

NAME CHANGE PROBABLY NEXT: (INSIDE)

Formerly LiteGLo will change to ZYGLO due to new SEC rule LOL!!

BTW,Deeber I did sell after STOK2 alerted me in Nov. that a RS would happen. I had no choice...believe hype Maggie or Stok2; pretty simple choice IMO.

The new requirement applies immediately to any company first quoted on the
OTCBB after January 4, 1999. Securities already quoted on the OTCBB as of
January 4, 1999, will have until at least July 1999 to comply with the new
requirements. The rule will be phased in over a 12 month period beginning in
July 1999 and continuing through June 2000 in alphabetical increments based
upon the company's name as of January 4, 1999.
In June 2000, the rule will
apply to all companies on the OTCBB.
