<<< I'm gonna hang on also.<<<

Ok...I expect that. But there must be someone sufficiently offended to let me fill at least some of my buy orders.

Have a good weekend and think about it.

Tuesdays morning is a good time to dump. I will still be sleeping in and you can foist these shares onto me. Doesn't that seem like a great idea.

Ok. I will send a dozen bagels.

BTW:

I. IMON was the place to be today. Some say it still makes sense to sell INFE and buy IMON at the opening on Tuesday.

Y2K Lawsuit Filed Against Lucent,
AT&T Over Office Equipment, Mealey Publications
Reports

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., Jan. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- AT&T (NYSE: T - news) and its spin-off, Lucent Technologies (NYSE: LU - news), should have known since at least 1990 that many of their office communications products would be obsolete after 1999 but they have yet to offer free repairs or upgrades, according to a class action filed in New York state court Jan. 13, Mealey Publications reported today.

The complaint is by Beatie, King & Abate, a New York law firm, against
the two telecommunications companies. BK&A charges in the two-count complaint that Lucent and AT&T have violated New York's consumer protection laws and breached an implied warranty of merchantability. The firm seeks injunctive relief and compensatory and punitive damages for an unspecified number of potential class members.

The complaint cites 11 categories of products, including ''Merlin'' and other call-accounting and in-house management products, AUDIX, switching systems, video conferencing systems, voice response and the DEFINITY wireless system.

Full coverage of this and other activity in Year 2000 litigation will be featured in this month's issue of Mealey's Year 2000 Report. For a free sample of the report, call 1-800-MEALEYS, 610-767-7800 or e-mail:
