I hear you, but as we have learned the hard way, perception can, at least temporarily, matter more in the land of the Bulls' S**t than reality. Plus, my big fear w/ NVLS is that, although biz stinks, they are very well managed and thus I fear that an accounting rabbit might get pulled out of the hat.
