Mike,

Closed the deal in Phoenix today. ET&T will sign a strategic alliance
with the company who is a start up wireless going after the rural
marketplace. They have 13 towers to date and are well funded.

We will target Summer for the first PocketPay prototype.

Press Release will state that eConnect has global wagering application
of wireless e commerce. Should be out in 10 days or so. Dow will pick
it up and that will be quite the trading day!

Imagine placing a wager as you walk down the street!

I'm getting very excited about Tuesday's market opening.
