I would suspect that legal at abtx had already anticipated such an action. Paranoia, when dealing with the likes of those who would like to see abtx trashed, is a normal state of mind.

If you've been missing Drakes, I unfortunately ran in to him on the DBCC board where he has evidently been spending the last several days. He certainly had a winner there today. Great timing on the IPO-not.
