I would suggest that you either have the evidence or print a retraction.....take it from me and I know what I am talking about...calling someone a liar can or cannot be actionable...lots of things it depends on...and I really didn't pay close attention to the exchanges and I don't know anything about Anthony but I shall print no esq. by my name on SI btw, defending a lawsuit is quite expensive and you could be sued for costs of the plaintiff and court costs... btw, Anthony...Ztect is not the first one from SI facing this kind of lawsuit....you should check out the heavy hitter law firm that attempted service via SI
