Michael, CD is soooooo close to breaking a P&F quintuple top that it is scary. Officially though (in P&F terms), it would have to hit $21 to break the resistance. Truly could be a screamer though. JXM

Michael, I'm doing some consulting work for one of Cendant's subsidiaries and everyone around here seem to have a renewed happy attitude about their prospects. Today Cendant officially announced an employee stock purchase plan, so there must be some confidence with management concerning the stock's price. I took an initial 1/2 position today and will most likely grab the other half next week, depending on the market direction. Good luck with CD if you own it...
