NAVR: I would have to assume that the bottom is close for NAVR as if the don't announce the IPO filing pre market on Tues the stock should not go down. If they do announce it will gap up 3-4-5 points as did DBCC and establish a base from that point and move on up. With only 6 million in the float we should get a strong spike at some point with short covering which will ignite "buying fever". That may be the high point at that time, IMO. DBCC slowly reversed back as the actual IPO got closer. Don't see why same want happen here. One could make adjustments as to the different ownership positions and different float.

Question!!! What is this "snow and sleet" that everyone refers to? I am not familiar with that term.
