He just hasn't had time yet, but probably will adjust it downward. Earnings will come in around .06 vs .17 on decreasing gross margins, but revenues will be stronger. Q. How about the spinoff? A. It will happen soon. They need to do it because it is losing either (1-2 million or 3-4 million per quarter). We still like it, they have alot good things coming, now it is just a matter of execution, like the spinoff. Q. What do you think about the stock price ? A. Well, at these levels it is a buying opportunity. The other companies in this sector really took a hit like Star and Pacific. Q. How about the M&M deal. A. Didn't have the info on it yet. Other note. In BT Alex Browns notes 02 Dec 98, there was mention of the spinoff being worth 200M not the 500M that is floating around on the board. In summary, our conversation was upbeat, short-term hit, but should respond quickly to the upcoming news. So my thanks to Ms. McQuaid, keep up the good work. This is to the best of my recollection.
