this can not be true & was disgarded in court. What court? Mann has yet to appear at any of the Federal hearings.

also dear aznt financials were not up to date so no reg s deal was possible. the deal was null & void. Are you alleging that Sherwood Cook, a highly regarded securities lawyer, drew up a proposal for a private placement that was flagrantly illegal? Please explain.
