I'll try to give you answers to your questions as best as I can. Martin Frankel and REW and a few others may be a better source, though. The company history is important, but IMO the company future is much more important at this time. Feel free to PM me.

Walter, I seldom post to TSIG (or any other SI thread, for that matter), but I felt compelled to respond to you. Once and once only. I am unabashedly long TSIG in spite of any past problems, because I'm betting on the future worth of this company. Period and end of shameless self promotion for my investment. Your hold no credibility with me because I just reviewed the MGMA thread. There, you claim to have no position due to "personal reasons", yet nearly every post on the thread is authored by "Walter Morton". No position? That's hard to believe, based upon sheer syllable volume and persistence of posts. You have way too much time on your hands, Walt. If I'm wrong and if you posted somewhere that you're now a shareholder, then please point me to the post and accept my sincere apology for misjudging you. If not, then my "lack of credibility" premise stands as written. Attack away, if you wish. I have no desire to enter a silly banter of words with you and will not respond, unless you prove me wrong as I offered above. Hey Morton Thanks Robert B., but although I don't come to this thread every day, TSIG is one of the companies that I have been watching for several months. Sometimes I post the news to this thread and leave. So, when some of the people on this thread try to make me feel like I don't even know the company history, I find it comical. Today, I was tempted to buy a large chuck, but wanted to bounce some ideas off of the thread. Based on the BS, I have received here, I will wait and watch some more. So you do know the companys history? So then why come here in the manner in which you have? Do you know the Companies future? All it would take to answer that is five minutes to read the last 2 months pr's. What you are trying to do here is obvious. You are trying to scare off as many investors as you possibly can so you can buy your "large chuck" cheaper. IT WON"T WORK,. The investors here are too intelligent to fall for your b.s. The past of tsig is no secret. Neither is the future. Read the pr's. Now then, I joined si so I would not have to put up with crap like yours. I thought the price of admission here would keep out bozos like you. Please take your crap to yazoo. I will not respond to your stupidity again Steve
