Michael,
P&F = Point and Figure charting. It is technical analysis.

A quintuple top means that there is a resistance point that the stock has approached. In this case it has failed to break through the resistance 4 times, but is working on the fifth.

There is some minor resistance at $22 and $26, but I would be setting my target at $41 once it hits $21. Wish I would have seen your message before the market closed.
