RE BIPL--Just got off the phone with Carol Hill at Biopool. Again. No real news, they have asked for an appeal hearing in regards to the delist, no date yet set. I know the NASD won't delist until the appeal hearing is over. They will usually give 30-90 day grace period, when the subject company has sufficient assets, and the only problem is the sub-dollar price. Earnings for the year will be out mid March. Like I said, this a l/t accumulate position trade. Again, confusion = opportunity....
