Longevity I do not think they are in a death spiral or I never would have bought the stock, I think they are just getting into this whole net thing slowly to see if they like it. It is not like they are going to go broke tomorrow, they have been in business for five yrs. They've only been in business in their present incarnation for seven months, when they gained their OTC BB listing through the reverse merger with the public shell. Reference text from their own website... "On June 24, 1998, the Company entered into an "Agreement" and Plan of Reorganization (the "Agreement") with Shop TV and Television, Inc., a Florida corporation("Shop"), pursuant to which the Company and Shop were combined in a stock-for-stock exchange, the Company changed its corporate name to Shop T.V., Inc., and its principal business became retailing and television broadcasting." Without public financials, you have no idea what their current financial condition is... other than watching the stock price... and that sure looks like a death spiral to me... bigcharts.com Just my two cents.
