Gosh! But they do *not* go public (although one reason for that is the ethical one relating to fee splitting with non-lawyers being forbidden).

But does that count? The "accountants" you refer to are almost certainly also general consultancies, who among other things do software consulting, and get fees in connection with public offerings. Their projects can go on for many years at the cost of many millions. CSC consulting (a publicly traded software consultancy) for instance just got a multiBILLION deal with the IRS. Will RRRR ever be in that league?

Yeah, but attorneys don't go public (or did I say that?) and besides the work on multijurisdictional deals. RRRR has no similar need to be in more than one city or country.
