Just another normal business day. A broker shows up and presents his business card and requests a tour. The penny company's "legal team" has already advised that should anyone show up, lie to them and say no one is available, Mikey, you hide...is the plan I guess per Spidey...

Actually, if this really was the case, instead of hiding, the responsible normal appropriate business response would be straight forward.

The CEO would have been notified that a vice president of a very large brokerage was requesting a tour. The CEO would come out and advise that that is impossible per advice of their "legal team", they have nothing to discuss, and please leave. Far more respectable than making up a story and hiding, don't you think?

In fact, a good businessman would recognize the opportunity to show off the company, its facilities, and take the time to correct any misconceptions that may exist. But, then again, there is also Spidey's version. <s>
