I was told that an investigation was underway, they know what happened and that it did/does not represent any threat to current stockholders' valuations. My impression was that Dick felt he had much bigger fish to fry - like getting his company into profitability - I assume that continues to be his attitude.

BTW, did anyone notice on kitco that Rhodium closed up - the bid is $825, the ask is $875......yeeehaaaa!
