Carole... So, you're saying that the stock I jumped out of today at a small loss, because I saw a 221k block go through at the bid, might not have really been a 221k block?

Thanks for the explanation, Carole! Yes, I did notice that the most of the problem was two times that trades were batched. Also on one server, the last trade of the day...a 10K block was missing...and on another there was about 3,000 shares missing from a late morning trade. I don't recall the exact amount right now.

I am very glad that NAQ has recognized that this is no longer acceptable to the subscribers and that NAQ is working on a way to fix this. Personally, I watch time and sales very close and make many decisions based on what I see. When I see a big 16,000 share trade executed at the offer I may purchase more on the presumption that the stock is about to take off. But it really messes things up when I find out later that it was actually a series of 3 or 4 trades where 12,000 of the shares went across at the Bid.

Again, thanks for the help and great program! It's still the best bang for the buck!
