Yeah, well I skipped the annual meeting in '98 even though I was technically eligible to attend. But, I dumped my Xoma between the date of record and the annual meeting. Plus, it is at least an hours drive each way to go to their meeting. There should be someone who attends who can put together some decent notes.

I am currently just not playing stocks with real money. I am sitting pat on my INCY holdings and playing with paper money in the portfolio. I seem to do better when it isn't my real cash involved. Seems like when I toss real money into the mix that I jinx myself.

I'll have to go read the post you recommend checking out though.

As far as embarrassing stocks go though, I'm trying to talk V1 into buying some AIMM. He asked me "what are you smoking" @;-) I'm still working him on it though. I liked what they had to say at H&Q. Any other AIMM enthusiasts (or haters) on the thread? Type up and let your opinions be known.

George... the thread may want to check out CSON... CTSL was pounding the table on this one (which I gather from this thread is a negative, but even a blind squirrel finds an acorn once in a while :) ), so I checked it out last fall and nibbled for a "tax play"... now I see this news out:

biz.yahoo.com

biz.yahoo.com

biz.yahoo.com

The company is a spin off just in August so few follow it... but it has $6 a share in BSX stock protected by a collar, so certainly has the cash to bring a product to market on would hope. Would love anyones opinion.
