"I sell at market and order goes right through and
instant fills and confirmations. I don't do limit and stop orders and all that fancy stuff."

I never use market orders to buy and sell. Too dangerous. You could wind up to be at the mercy of MMs. If when buying a stock and you have
time and the stock is not going crazy, try putting in a limit order
at the bid price or if you are selling and have time, put a limit order to sell a the ASK. Often you can buy at the BID and sell at the ASK. Or go between the spread. I will use a market order when I want to get out fast and then cross my fingers!!!
